Prize-winning Ahlström restaurant serves natural flavours
The natural surroundings of the Works offer delicious, fresh ingredients for our chefs to work with.
Local garden produce, wild mushrooms and berries found in the forests, fresh fish and crayfish caught from Lake Pyhäjärvi and fresh game are the pride of our restaurants. As our main ingredients, we use elk and venison, from our own lands. The surrounding forests are brimming with clean and fresh natural food.
Prepared with attention to detail, our meals are at their best when enjoyed with high-quality wine in good company. Ahlström’s delicacies may be savoured at lunch and dinner served at Kauttua Club.
The cosy Cellar Bar makes a perfect venue for smaller groups. In summer, Garden Terrace serves guests in our beautiful apple orchard.
