Noormarkku Club has been awarded the Rôtisseurs plaque in recognition of the quality of its services and culinary achievements. We strive to maintain rich local culinary traditions and want all of our dishes to have their own story.
These stories arise from traditional recipes honed over centuries, spiced with modern culinary twists that are future classics. The best ideas are passed from one generation of chefs to the next. We offer seasonal delicacies, with game, wild food and locally sourced produce as our main ingredients.
We also invite home cooks to join our culinary world by opening doors to the Club kitchen. We organise courses in food and wine culture, as well as cooking at Noormarkku Works.
